Consider this your annual Lamb Saag reminder. Recipe is by no means traditional but it is tasty.

LAMB SAAG
You’ll need:
1.5kg boneless lamb shoulder
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp each cumin, coriander seed, turmeric and cardamom (all ground)
