Consider this your annual Lamb Saag reminder. Recipe is by no means traditional but it is tasty.

LAMB SAAG
You’ll need:
1.5kg boneless lamb shoulder 
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp each cumin, coriander seed, turmeric and cardamom (all ground)

Like a kid who won’t leave the playground, you can guarantee there’s always going to be that last, seemingly immovable tablespoon of peanut butter in the jar.

You’ll need:
Immovable peanut butter, still in
It’s Monday… again?! 🫣

On the menu this week:
• Pesto spaghetti (we have been buying a jar of pesto and adding a bunch of kale and extra garlic to bulk it out)
• Southern fried chicken wings with corn and buttery jacket potat
If you’re not regrowing zombie spring onions, you’re doing it wrong.
